我呢是为了知识也为升职加薪，相信多半的人都是这样。
但这世界是不完美的，也可以说是好玩的一点。因为你是永远不会知道你会在未来得到什么。

我当然希望明年可以升职加薪，得到我想要的。
这是我对自己的要求。两年内升Advanced.
距离明年还有两个月让我达标。

Happy One Year Anniversary

Yea~ today is my one year working anniversary. Haha
So fast I have been working in Penang for 1 year already.
I am so happy working in my company, because I'm working with my interest.
Happy also I meet many nice colleague here and meet a nice Sifu, he teach and help me a lot. Thanks a lot.

Now I need to set me a milestone for next year. I need to achieve that, which I deeply believe with.

Actually I plan going back home town this weekend accompany my brother to education fair, help to review the course that he like to take; but ticket is too expensive so no choice...

I think this is too early to plan this.
But at least draft out some so that my life will not bored.

Here are some thing that I need to to this coming Saturday.

1. Send my car to watch

2. Install high pass filter for my tweeter. The bass is affect the sound quality. I worry it will break also.

3. Go temple

4. buy some equipment for shooting; theme for this round is smoke. I need to get a black paper and a cigarette and some colorful LED. Hope this can be success.

So far is only 4 items in my mine and these all can take up my whole day already.

What is the best description for timing?

I found many explanation from online dictionary and here is some general explanation :

The regulation of occurrence, pace, or coordination to achieve a desired effect, as in music the theater, athletics, or mechanics.
The synchronization of the sparking of the plugs with the movement of the pistons in aninternal-combustion engine.
The process or art of regulating actions or remarks in relation to others to produce the best effect, as in music, the theatre, sport, etc.

The explanation sound hard hur? I don't get what is the mean either.

I used to use the term "Timing" on my job, they are my best friend; I need to take care of all the digital bits (the most basic of the electronics things) to be process in the right time ( Nah.. this is timing) or else the the bit will end up produce error after process. I can easily tune them to adjust the best time for those bits to meet the best TIMING.

So, how about in my life?

I miss a lot of GREAT TIMING in my life. I am a kind of IDIOT in CONTROLLING timing in my life; then end up the opportunity is GONE just like that. Sometime I don't even know, I just pass by the "Great Timing", I realize it when I was thinking back but this is TOO LATE. So how to control timing is my new scope of study now, I have to learn it so that I'll not missing any more in future.

In conclusion, my explanation for TIMING is the best time for you to grab your OPPORTUNITY, and it will only come to you ONCE in your life; if you not going to do anything to HOLD this opportunity, you will definitely LOST it FOREVER, just like the song "开不了口"

2am now, I still don want to get sleep.
I just can't sleep, my mind is damn active right now, think and planning what to do in future.
I know the challenging is coming, things is going to change and will screw me up. I told one thing to my self, thats fine, I am ok, not going to impact me much, if I doing good in the coming storm.

Happening Year - 2010

Finally, 2010 is come to the end; sound like this is a bad year hurl?
Not really, got bad and not bad.

Lets recall back,

January, this was my busy month. I was rushing for my FYP. And preparing for coming CNY, buying cloth here and there.

February, so happy and excited with busy life. Busy because the FYP again. Happy and excited to enjoy CNY, Gambling majong in kit house, I was so missing the time kit teaching me Majong and gambling in his house. But this could never happened again.

March to April, nothing special, just as usual busy with my FYP and thesis; went out with friend for movie, dinner sometimes. Finally I done all my FYP and thesis, ended my college life officially. April 20th, we 5 Malat Lou, kit, khuang yew, V how, Toi and me went up Genting 2days just for Gambling, end up all lose Gao Gao. I was planing during that time, say, we go up again with my Saga after 6month; but now we 4 less 1... April 30th was my last day stay in MU. I really missing the time in we staying in MU with all my friend, especially kit. There have a lot of memory, we count down there, beer there, out for mamak, aunty mix rich that will cause us fell sleepy after ate..... Four year college life,that is really memorable.

May, this i my month, haha my birthday. I forget what I have did for my birthday, just remember that I have receive Pet Sim, Chee We.... Greeding SMS, and a lot of facebook wishing. Thanks buddy. Beside my birthday, we have had a nice + excited + hurt game, paintball. This is really funny and enjoyable game, Pet Sim and Kelvin dam stupid.. keep shooting each other, end up with a big big "O Chia".. haha. Not only that, this month I was went out frequently with my friends for sing K, movie, badminton, minum and etc... In the meantime, I was so desperate looking for job, sending so many resume, but end up no response. Anyhow, I am fell so happy because I passing all my subject and got my Campbell University degree. Kit and Chai Ling was flying to UK to study 3month for degree. We go airport to send them.

June, un-expected month. Can't get any job yet due to my low cgpa, no company would like to hire me, went for many interview, but fail. Suddenly, when I was felt really upset and got no mood, I was received call from Altera Software department to make appointment with me for phone interview. I was so excited and feel x100 happy, I cant imagine that Altera would give me this opportunity. Not only that, after few day, out of my expectation, my current boss (also my previous boss during my internship) called me and offer me a job, which I have most interest with; that time I felt I am Flying in the sky, x100 x100 happy.. haha, Thank you my boss. In Jun 19th, is my graduate ceremony. So enjoy all classmate gradurated together and received flower from my family and gift from nilai gang. Thank you.

End up, my life in Penang has get started in July. Sometime feel alone and emo, without family and friends, I am separated with them ~400KM. Cannot went out with nilai gang as usual that so frequent. So miss that time.. This is working life, no other choice... I can only back once in a month.

August, a bit headache month, a lot of plan need to be done. Plan to have car, settle some issue with family, figuring out how to pick up, learn as fast as I can in work. Trying to adopt new working life.

September, happy reading month, reading up the PCIe specification. Learning how to use HIP. Thank you Chong Keat, he guide me a lot in working and help me a lot. Thank you.

Oya.. We went out shopping during Hari Raya.. and have our dinner at Dorae Koren BBQ..

October, finally, my 90days probation has passed. I officially declare as Permanent employee in Altera. Thanks God, my family, Eric, Choong Keat, Thomas that help me to make this. In the other hand, Kit and Chai Ling has finished their study in UK + tour in Europe + Shopping in Europe, back to Malaysia. And I make my promise to treat all nilai gang. We went to kepong to have crab meal. Nice crab. Kit then give me sourvinior from euro, and I can't accept that is his last gift for me. Thank you kit.

November, this is turn for Peng treat us. We went to Bagan Lalang to have seefood meal. Kit become our "Xiu Yee" order food for us. After that go beach catch small crab, "so Yam Gong". Then we proceed to LCCT Starbucks and "King Sam Xi" this is my first time join in the "Sam Xi Gang"..haha.. nice talk till midnight only back home. Cant accept that, LCCT Starbuck was my last seen, last talk with Kit. After having seafood, I get diarrhea for 2days, my stomach not able to recover even after two week. During the two weeks, i really so suffering, can't take any food and keep feel vomit. In the end, seek for specialist; did endoscopy check for my stomach. Luckily no problem had found, just need more time to recover from post infraction. In the mean time, I got my blood test report back (I did it last month) and found that I got Thalassemia, which is a genetic defect, then cause blood disease. Wow... what the hack is that, so unlucky... toto also not kena, kena this disease... What to do, this is given by god. Who can blame? Just accept it lo... and this disease has no big deal with my health; just will easily get short of breath while jogging, play badminton.

Now only I realize, why is that happen... What the fuck...

December, this is the most sadness month through out the whole year.

Kit has leave us without saying good bye. I was cry after receive that news.

I really cant accept that, hope that only a joke from you.

121 that is a nightmare for us.

Missing the time we all spend together.

I got my 1st credit card, got my 1st dslr in this month.

We have a great party in Toi house and receive many gift.

I 1st time become Santa sending gift to my best friend.

Hope you all like it.

Beside that, this is really a busy month, I went for PCIe training and

Verilog training which is really helpful for my future work.

Thank you Choong Keat promote me to go this training.

Suddenly I was told that, I am most suitable to take over my colleague's

project, after he is resign.

That is a good time for me to learn more on other field. So I decided to

take over that project after I finish my current project.

I can challenge my self, and knowing how far can I go. I hope that I can do it.

And I always know that I can.

Before that, I need to rush and finish the current project before 14 Jan 2011;

not bad, my schedule still on track.

So that is end of my summary of 2010.

Conclusion, 2010 was a up side down year. Emo year.

Good - I have a good job now.

Bad - Kit leaving us.

No matter how, life still continue. We still need to go on.

And looking forward a good 2011 year.

New Inspire

Today I have attended a training given by a very experienced in IC design guy.

He is very knowledgeable and smart guy. I can say that he is the also one of the legend in Penang electronics field. He is the key people that startup AMD design center and now running own business. He does hold a lot pattern (none of them i can understand, even the title it self.) and came out few books.

He has inspire me, I must have a clear direction for my future. I should set me a goal with a time frame. I want to learn as much as possible as I can to be a knowledgeable and experienced guy; to build up my self market value.

I told my self, I must did something big, really big and able to contribute to social before I die. I realize that this is not easy to archive. It must taking many effort in order to archive that.

I should start to draft out my short term goal, and plan for my future; step by step build my self up with a lot of knowledge and experience.

Yo~ Eventually I got my DSLR which I wait for long time d. So excited when holding it.
That seller sibeh pannai, keep on promote the accessories for me, say this good that good, you will sure need this and that; make me heart move move... and thats why I over budget !!
He keep on pushing me to buy that super geng polarize filter while I over budget, which cost me another RM160. I really cannot tahan :D!!

It is so so hard to get a credit card, I was been waiting it for a long long time.
First application : Three month ago, Citibank has rejected my application with no reason. Suan~

After one month, then I try up HSBC, I have submit application three time, 1st apply online, 2nd submit form to Branch, 3rd apply through a sale person; and the bank call to verify my information after 1 month. As I know one of the application that I submit is rejected, and I really don't know which application has make it.

And finally I got it...

And now my wallet start to blinking.. haha :p

My Journey Start In Penang

When I look back to three month ago, I am so busy looking for job; going to interview in several company, but failed in the end. All my interested job that I applied online, got no response. I was felt so upset. I not feels happy even though I got an offer with not bad salary; a job that not related to my study and I have no interest at all.

A couple days after. I've received a call from Altera, I was so surprised and felt so happy that they wanted to offer me a job, which I very interested with. I really can't believe OMG... I start to jump here and there while I was waiting KTM back to home... Haha...

So, then I come to Penang to pursuit this job.

And now, no more look back to the pass time but looking forward for a better life; do better in my future.

I've learnt a lot with a greet guidance from a nice senior. Thank you. ^^. Thanks my boss as well for the job ^^.

I love my current job. I believe I can develop a lot of knowledge from here. I've identified some weaknesses of mine, and start to figure out the way to improve myself.

I know that I can do it.

After I read Peng and Pet Sim post with the same title, I also want to have the same title... Can't let this special day gone just like this, should have something special.

Yesterday, I was shopping and having dinner with my fellow friend in home town. That is a great day.

As usual, today morning, I go back Penang with my beloved Airasia. Unbelievable, the flight is not delayed and reach Penang air port 10min ahead scheduled time.

Then, go Queensbay mall shopping, hope can catch some beautiful long pant and shirt.. I've tried out few, but not that nice. Suan...

So lucky, I meet a function inside the Quensbay mall, they have fashion show, can see a many leng lui model.. haha.. Nice show with nice model..

Again, tomorrow is coming soon, MONDAY BLUE.. But I'm so enjoyed with my current job. Hope that I can perform well. :P

Hi there,

Almost three month I didn't update this blog.

and so happy I can join back Altera and meet my friend back in Penang.

Almost three month has been passes away (so fast!!), my 90days in Altera is almost end, soon I will be the real permanent employee. So happy I can join back Altera and meet my friend back in Penang.

I have learnt a lot during this period, I am so excited, I have chance to expose myself to PCIe and transceiver in FPGA. I will going busy soon.. haha...

Three month before, I was keep on looking for job, during that period of time, I have realized that succeed in getting a job is not only depends on your result but also timing. I think I was the lucky one, which able to meet this good timing and able to joining back to Altera. Thanks GOD and Thanks everyone that helped me on this. I will never forget that. Thank you.

I have just done a very first presentation to my group member on my FYP. I know that I was not presenting well and have a lot of mistake, my whole body and hand is shaking till the end of the presentation. I've spotted some mistake that I should take care of it. This is a good experience for me.. hehe...

毕业后的烦恼

我毕业了，经过漫长的等待，辛苦的折磨，这张毕业证书终于到手了。

我毕业了，我有很多很多的梦想，我很想做我想做的工，继续在我的领域发展。

我毕业了，也很想我继续拿 master 学位，从事研究工作。

我毕业了，是时候找工了。但因为我的成绩不到3.0 所以很多公司都不要我。

我毕业了，见了许多工发了许多resume，但多数不被接纳。

我毕业了，才知道很多是不如我所想的完美。

我毕业了，一天一天的过去，还没等到我要的机会。

就因为我的cgpa <3.0。

就算那公司有多么的极度要批请Engineer，但我却不被考虑。

就算我有多能干，多厉害，全都败北cgpa <3.0。

当我安静下来重新计划我的将来时，脑袋却是一片空白。以前的梦全都破碎。

我非常伤心，非常迷惑。

我要如何振作，我该从那实现我的梦?

刚刚收到我被某某公司录取，工钱还蛮理想，但我却不开心，笑容是假的。

要我天天做我不想做的工会开心吗？

就算多理想的工钱，都不开心呀。

那我就会像行尸走肉般，为了钱而工作。

天天没理想的活下去。每意思。

但我却要生活，要吃饭呀。所以我接受了。

想这份工也是得来，非常幸运（感谢天），或许上天有所安排吧。

上天想要我从中学习什么似的。

没法子了，我也试过很多大大小小的公司，它们全都不要我。

现在的经济很差，只好先作着这份工，累计资金去做我想要做的。

从新计划我的将来的路和默默的等待机会的到来。

但愿我得到我想要的工作。

AMC1 gathering

Today, our class, AMC1 has a gathering before our 6 months training as what Schneider proposed. All our AMC1 classmate was attented but just Tze Xiao and Ready. According to Benney, Tze Xiao is buzy on packing his things prepare to move out from the house.

Our first activity is take dinner at "Dong Jing". Due to a big number of people we have, we order a plenty of food; three fish, a soup, a couple of vegetable (Specially order for ah Tong, cause he is vegitarian) and many many. That restorant doesn't have a big enough round table to fit all of us, 17 people, therefore, we have no choice to combine two table. The restorant is full of our "Ji ji Za za" voice and have been "Fan Zhuan" by us. We have took a plenty of picture, we are crazy with it. We took a lot of funny funny picture as well, especially Sebestian. Ah ji go one by one to take photo with every classmate.

We then proceed to more suitable place, Cola Club at Wangsa Maju to countinue our gathering. We play Stack, Poker, Mafia, Killer, and etc... Meanwhile, Miko( The Superstar girl, still remember?) and a guy is singing infront. I request them to sing "Wu Ding"(Actualy I wanted to give a hard test to them), but seem it is a limit for that guy, so they don't sing it... But I enjoy with their other songs too; just the sound system... haha... We are so enjoy with the time we gather together, We have "Fan Zhuan" the Cola club as well... haha...

We ended our gathering at 11.30pm. None of us willing to end the gathering but we have to. We felt down to say goodbye to everyone. Our college life, our happy time, will temporary end... This is only a six month training, I wonder how we feel on the gradute day... We may cry... haha...

Encrypted music notes

Almost a year I'm working hard to decode an mytherious music notes. It can't be hear with any kind of mechines; because it is encrypted with a super algorithm; nobody is allow to extract any information for playing purpose.

I'm tried so hard to decrypt it with many kind of methods that I learnt, but I just failed; and sometimes, even worse, I get hurted, I can't control myself to felt sad ( In chiness they say, 走火入魔).

Not only once, but twice, it has hurted me twice.

When the time that I'm going to give up, it is comes to me again, it is popping out a new method for me to do it. The method is so great, there is the posibility to succeed.

In the beginning, it is working well and giving a good result even there is a noise around. During that time, my feeling is so complicated, happy and worrying; and sleep not well for everyday, hang out till midnight, just working for the results; have no interest for everythings but just the music notes. Exam? haiz.. No mood to do revision. But lucikly, I'm PRO in the programming and ARM, therefore I still can manage to get A; other then this, die.

I'm just too excited to get the results out which I have waiting for it for many years. In between, I tried so hard to pull out the noise which will affect my results. Unfortunately, I failed to do so. This is because the noise is always can't predictable; I can't found a suitable equition to purify my result. Because of this noise, my new method is failed again. I think, this, the second time of hurt is the most serious. I still thinking whether the noise is a real or imaginary component, ( In advanced math, real number is the integer and decimal numbers that used daily such as 1.2, 5, -9, etc; imaginary numbers is the numbers that never appear in the real world, which is i, -3i, 8i, etc) I can't disdinguish them because it is involving some even advanced math. Therefore, I'm newbie, nothing much that I can do.

I need helps now. I have seak some advices from someone. He asked me to get out form that situation, don't continue, because I'm not ready yet to deal with that kind of big project; I will get hurt again if I continue. But I hope I can finish it. This is the porject that I must do for myself, and I can't control to falling in love with that music notes. I stucked, I hope somebody who expert in this area could give me more advices.

Maybe I should stop, because it is really dangerous. It will get hurt easily. Nobody can save me. Maybe I lacking experiences, seldom deal with this kind of thing. I think I just touch it once before this.

I can learn it somewhere. During my industrial trainning? I think so. I really need to get myself to somewhere that full of this resources; I can learn and build up myself, be prepare before deal with that project.

I need time to recover form the hurt. And I felt tied. I have no idea what to do next. Give up? Continue? I have no idea, my result still on the process for analysis. Analysis the signals whether is has been successfully decrypted and the noise is real or imaginary. My processor is too slow to anlysis it. Sometimes the signals is changed in the half way before it is finished analysis. I have to do it all over again. This is the one of the reason I wanted to upgrade my processor. It is too slow.

Nothing much that I can do now but just wait...

CoLLegE LiF3 for ThIRth Sem

I really enjoy a lot in this week with different kind of sports..
Monday I've played badminton with Schneider, Sebestian, Tze Xiao and our couserap Kang Wei for 2hours in TARC sport complex... That day, my body felt weird, so cant enjoy a lot in the games.

Tuesday, as my planning, I have date my friends go for swimming; they are Yi Tat, Tze Xiao, Onn and Sebastian. I should thanks God, cause He giving a good day for us to swim. enjoy a lot to swim at college rather than PV.

Wednesday, once again, I'm back to badminton court again with Schneider, Wei Xiong, Jason and Tze Xiao. This time, I enjoy a lot.

But, I think I will more enjoy in badminton games with my best friends Chee v, Doi, Lek Lek, and Wee how. Since all of us buzy with our own study, we hard to meet a best time to have a games... I realy miss the time when we play badminton at Nilai Dewan... So fun....

Thursday, actually I planed to swim afther gym. But we are too tired and have to drop the swimming plan...

We go in one geng of people, 7 people, but Thomas and Key Wei din't bring their own towel and not allow to enter the gym room. Luckily, at first, I plan to swim afther gym, therefore I have towel with me as well as Tze Xiao and Yi Tat.

And friday? Friday is reserved for me to go back home town, so I don plan any activity for Friday... haha... But it is possible to have sport before back cause I ended my class at 12pm..

What the plan now? Waitting Chee-V and We How to confirm whether go Nilai Spring for Swim o not... hehe...

I hopefully the have plan next week.

And, I will definitely go for sing in between de...Haha...

And my Final Year Project... Ha... A lot... lazy to write lo...

Yaya.. this the most important, in between I need take care of my study.
Math is the subject that I worry much and I think it is okey for ASIC2 cause I pro on this subject..

I struggle for this few day; should I get closer to you, or I should just sit and wait for the change comes to me.

I just feel that I haven ready yet. I cant match your criteria; but you do match my criteria. I like you style, I like your smile, I like your characteristic; You are very different to others. Security Issues That Arise When Talking About Internet

Internet is become more and more popular, we use it as our communication tools; it also helps a company gradually expand their business. Hence, people tend to rely on internet to speed up their job, communicate, sharing and so on...

Internet is actually help us a lot in our daily life, it provide us uncountable useful information, it also act as a great platform that help us speedy spread information to worldwide. From the point that stated just now, it seem like internet has many advantages, but how about the disadvantages? Yes, it does have.

Privacy, the main issue that arise when we discuss about "Internet". It is the main issue that always concerned by users when using the service provided over internet. What actually the privacy play a role in internet? Why people concern about it? One thing that we should make it clear before we proceed to discuss about the "Internet Privacy Issue": Do you realize that your privacy is actually always being violated once you using internet service. Our behavior on internet is actually always being recorded by the website company. For example, the Google.Inc, which is a famous search engine company; they actually always record the user behavior on their web site and store it at their data center for a period of time. (Recently Google.Inc have reduced the privacy store time period from 18 months to 9 months due to the US government's privacy policy) This is very useful for them to improve their web service quality; they need this data in order to keep battle with competitor. Yahoo.Inc and other web service provider also do implement this on their website.

This make users panic while using web service, their behaviors are mastered by someone. This could be dangerous while they surf over internet; this could become even worse if the data flowed in to third party. They can even do more by using this data such as phishing, hacking and spamming.

Besides, the password, it is also an interesting issue in internet. We usually use it as a key to provide us an authority for fully access our account in internet. For example, email, forum, elearning and so on. How does the password work? It is using the matching method to recognize the correct password; do matching on the password that we provided while we wish to log in with the password stored on server's database. We can only proceed to log in if both passwords are matched. In addition, the password stored in database are usually encrypted in a way that cannot be decrypt back to origin form (this method is called hash), which mean to say our origin password are been digested to a series of string. This is good to implement in order to prevent hacking and protect user privacy. But some of the web service company does not do so, even they have encrypted the password, but the password are able decrypt back to origin form; Friendster.Inc is one of the company who do so. They can send user an email to tell his/her password in case they forgotten the password. Normally the web service company will reset the password for user in case of user forgotten password, because they cannot decrypt the password once they encrypt it. This is much better solution in protect users privacy over internet.

Of course, different company will have their own term of service that we should follow if we wanted to use their service. Basically, it is an agreement between user and company, if you agree, then you are welcome to use the service, if no, please leave. Even so, they are always looking in deep in the privacy issue; they do respect user privacy and declare will not sell or give users data to third party. Meanwhile, they also always improve their data center security to prevent unauthorized access and introduce better security for users in their web page. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is a technique that secure users data while sending over internet are become more and more commonly implementing in web page for certain sensitive data that wanted send through internet, such as ebanking, ebay, paypal, email and so on. (For web pages that use SSL, you will see an https:// instead of http:// in the beginning of a URL).

The internet will definitely always improve in term of security as well as the feature. Users should always keep in mind that internet security and self privacy is the most important matter and should not expose them to internet. It does not make any sense that if the internet securities keep improving meanwhile the users are not aware the dangerousness of the internet.

I have had just done my presentation. I feel down after my performance. This is the worst presentation that I have done. I don't know why this is happened. I keep searching for the reason. Maybe I speed too much time to prepare the slide, too tied for the week. It is too much thing I have to do during the week. Since this experience, I hate to do the presentation during the end of the semester! Too much thing have to prepare during that period...

可能是因为我太爱吃辣了吧！
最终我病了!
真是倒霉，偏偏选在我很忙的时候。
又要应付两个assignment，又要和病魔对抗。

更令我头疼的是在交assignment的前一个晚上，
我发现了很大的错误。
当时我很愤怒，又感到无奈。
脑袋是一片空白。
我要怎么改？整个项目错完。
我呆了好几分钟，才回神，想法子。

真是祸不单行，我必须开夜车把它赶完。
但，我越做就越头疼，直到我顶不得才上床休息。

我也只休息了三个小时，我被我的闹钟吵醒了。
当时我很想赖床，但一想起我的assignment，就不得不起床。

为了完成assignment，我被逼要逃课。
很幸运的，我在11.30am完成了。

我以最快的速度赶去学院。
把它打印出来，交了，我才松了一口气！

吃了午餐，我便躺在床上大呼大睡。
休息了一会儿，便收拾东西回家去了。

到了家，更是开心，更松了。

隔天，我妈妈看我的病还继续，便一至崔我去看医生。
可是我觉得我快要好了，不需花费去看医生。
但在她的崔逼下，我还是去看医生。
我也知到她要我去看医生是要我赶快好。
因为隔天就要回去kl了。
哈哈！

看医生时，我也顺便拿了张MC，以防万一DR.TAN要。

现在终算好了许多。
休息了一天，又要准备DR.NG的考试了。
又要开卷了。

Petaflops-level Supercomputer - RIKEN MDGRAPE-3

On June 19, Japan’s Institute of Physical and Chemical Research (Riken), SGI Japan and Intel announced the development of a supercomputer with a theoretical peak performance of 1 petaflops (one million billion floating point operations per second). Known as the MDGRAPE-3 (or the Protein Explorer), the computer system is designed to perform molecular dynamics simulations of such phenomena as non-bonding interactions between atoms.

The system consists of 201 units equipped with 24 of RIKEN’s MDGRAPE-3 LSI chips for molecular dynamics simulation (total of 4,808 chips), which are connected to 64 parallel servers equipped with 256 of Intel’s Xeon 5000-series cores and 37 parallel servers equipped with 74 Xeon 3.2 GHz cores.

In the future, RIKEN plans to further upgrade the system with Xeon 5100-series processors (codenamed Woodcrest), and testing is now underway.

The LINPACK Benchmark, which is the standard for the Top 500 List, could not be performed on the system, so the performance cannot be compared directly with the world’s other top supercomputers. However, the system’s theoretical peak performance of 1 petaflops will set the computer firmly at the top of the list, with a speed about three times that of IBM’s BlueGene/L at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (currently No.1 on the list).

The system will be unveiled to the public on June 24 at RIKEN’s Yokohama laboratory.

hoa...hoa... so tired... huh.huh.huh. I can't continue anymore... Suddenly I feel I'm now carrying a big burden and my leg can't even stand me up; my whole body's energy gone. Where am I? Whats make me so tied?
NO! I'm not jogging, jogging will not make me so tired. I'm now at the halfway up the Batu Cave. Yes it is true, it make me so tired. For sure it will not make make tired if I climb for only one time, but how about if four time? In addition, I try to run up to the top at the last climb. And the consequence is as I mention just now. I stop at the halfway and rest for a couple of time before I continue with a slow motion.
Finally, I reach at the top. I'm not feel happy but sad. It is because I have to go down again... Now I really have to take a rest, my leg is shaking. I don't dare to go down, I can be killed if my leg cannot support my body weight and lose balance...
I take a long time to cool down my body and recover some energy. This time I take a much longer time to go down to ground. Step by step, carefully and slowly step on the stair go down...

Haiz... it is suffering me...Anywhere. It is quite fun today. I feel fresh after the exercise.
I will go back to challenge the Batu Cave again...

Think how to program, think how to solve the problem on web site. Started from this sem, I do only web site programming, not much on my study, I think i just speed about 20% or even less time on it. What's the effect?
The effect is I cannot fully understand on my study on every subject. I so scare. I scare I can't do well on the final exam. I scare I going to fail my subject.
Now I really don't know what to do. Totally blank on my brain. I have try to control my self, but fail in the end. What the DRUG is it? So strong, strong until it cannot be cue. I might waiting to KILL.
I have asked my self, web site and electronics, which is my most interested on? Haha...! You know what is my answer? My answer is DON'T KNOW. Huh"? What is this answer? A broken answer. Is that I don know what I want? Yes, sometimes I lost, I have no direction at all. Before this, I'm so confident to said my direction. I want be a engineer. Study GPU and CPU. This is my dream. But today I know, I cannot do only as engineer for my whole life, I have to something to get my life more happy and make more money for my family. Then now, what should I do? Continue study my microelectronics and physics after graduated get some experiences then do my own business. Ha! Or quite from my study do what ever I like to do and enjoy my life. Just now I ask my self again on the same question, now I get the answer, Thanks god.
I will keep study hard and do well on my exam first. Other thing put it behind and call back it when I free... Yes! Hope I can do it... God blast me...

What I know on my self is just a litter bit only. Sometimes I can't even know what I'm thinking off. I always keep asking my self, who am I? What is the purpose I coming to this world? Somebody will say that I'm asking a very stupid question and wasted the time. But do they seen themselves before. In here I not mean see your face in front of a mirror. It is mean that u see your self from other side. You will never see your self if you if you always think in your way. You have to open your mind to see from many different side. I have try and keep trying to see myself in real for many years. Before that I'm a guy that not to heard any advice and always think I'm the best, and what I think is right. It is totally WRONG! I have definitely wrong. I start to realize that this world is come with many changeable variable. I'm not a god. I'm just a normal guy. Now, I have giving me a standard way to distinguish what is wrong and right. This two word is always relative to each other. They come with pair. We cannot state what is wrong before we know what is true. For me I will think about why it is wrong. And analysis what is actually is happen to cause it is wrong. Then I will ask my self if it is nothing wrong, is it a true? And hence make a decision between true and false...

I know where I'm coming from, I have a welfare family. Since I have born, my mother was always take care of me and never let me hurt, I'm like one part of my mum. My dad, he is my hero. He always work at out side to earn money for family and always protect us. I feel very comfortable when I go back home. Because I know no body will try to hurt me at home. I've been protected. When I try to think about the outsider world, I aware that there are many children was died because famine, disease or even give up by their parent. I can't imagine how was the actual picture. But I know their anguish, sometime I fell down when I saw the news about this.
I tell myself, I will try my best to help them as I earn myself money at the future time.
